These terms apply when you play POPSHOT, a game by FYF ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Who can play
You must be 13 or older to play. If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian's permission before making purchases.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play POPSHOT for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the game, or use cheats, bots or exploits that interfere with it. We may remove rewards or items gained through cheats, bugs or exploits.
Platforms
When you play on a platform such as CrazyGames or Google Play, that platform's own terms also apply.
Virtual items and currency
Facets, gold, upgrades and other in-game items have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property. They exist only inside the game, and we may change or rebalance them.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by the platform you play on. Refunds follow that platform's refund policy, except where the law gives you other rights.
Ads and rewards
The game shows ads, including optional ads that give in-game rewards. Rewards depend on an ad being available and may change.
Saved progress
Progress may be saved on your device or, if you sign in, to your platform account. Progress on your device can be lost if you clear your browser data or uninstall the game. We try to keep your progress safe, but we can't guarantee it won't be lost, and we can't restore it.
Our content
The game, its art, music, characters and name belong to FYF or its licensors.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game at any time.
Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, FYF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you spent on in-game purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will also update the date shown beside these terms in the game's Settings. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
