POPSHOT
Privacy policy
POPSHOT · Last updated October 2, 2026
POPSHOT is made by FYF ("we", "us"), based in Utah, USA. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. If you have a question, write to Popshot@farmyardfresh.com.
The short version
- You don't need an account to play. Your progress is saved on your own device.
- We don't sell your personal information. Ad partners may use your device's advertising ID to personalize ads (see Advertising below).
- The platform you play on (for example CrazyGames or Google Play) and its ad partners may collect information under their own policies.
- We only get your email address if you choose to sign up for our newsletter.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress, settings and purchases in your browser's or device's local storage. This data stays on your device. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the game deletes it.
This website
farmyardfresh.com doesn't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Bluehost) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
Playing on CrazyGames
When you play POPSHOT on CrazyGames, the CrazyGames platform runs the game and shows its ads. If you choose to log in with your CrazyGames account, the game receives your CrazyGames username and user ID so it can show your name and save your progress to your account. We don't receive your email address or password. CrazyGames' handling of your information is described in the CrazyGames privacy policy.
Playing on Android (Google Play)
The Android version may use these Google services:
- Google Play Games Services: signs you in and saves your progress to your Google account.
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: tell us how the game is used and when it crashes, so we can fix problems.
These services collect information as described in Google's privacy policy. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
Ads in the Android version are shown by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), not by Google. Unity may use your device's advertising ID and approximate location to measure and personalize ads and prevent fraud, as described in Unity's privacy policy.
Advertising
POPSHOT shows ads, including optional ads you can watch for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by the platform or by third-party ad networks, which may use cookies or device identifiers to measure and personalize ads. Where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent first.
Newsletter
If you sign up for "Dispatches from the Front", we collect the email address you enter, and note whether you signed up on CrazyGames or the web. We use it only to send occasional POPSHOT news, based on your consent. Addresses are stored by our email provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), in the European Union. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email, or by writing to us. You must be at least 16 to sign up (13 in the United States).
Purchases
Purchases are handled by the platform's payment system (for example Google Play or CrazyGames). We never see or store your card or bank details.
Children
POPSHOT is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Why we use information
- Newsletter: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
- Crash reports and usage analytics: our legitimate interest in keeping the game working and improving it.
- Personalized ads: your consent where the law requires it.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and the services we use (Google, Firebase, Unity, Brevo and the platform you play on) may process information in the United States or other countries. Where the law requires it, these providers use approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email Popshot@farmyardfresh.com. We will answer within the time the law requires. Step-by-step instructions are on our Delete your data page.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents: we don't sell your personal information for money. Letting ad partners use your advertising ID to personalize ads may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by resetting or limiting your advertising ID in your device settings, or by emailing us.
How long we keep information
We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Game data kept on your device stays there until you delete it. Usage analytics are kept for 2 months and crash reports for 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will also update the date shown beside this policy in the game's Settings.
